Rejoiner is a 3rd party tool that helps you turn abandoned shopping carts into customers. Setup is dead-simple and many users see results within days of setting up their account.

Setup Instructions

Step 1

Before you begin you must signup for rejoiner. You may also review these instructions on the Rejoiner website.

Step 2

Retreive your Rejoiner Site ID by logging into your Rejoiner account and clicking the Implementation tab.

Step 3

Login to your RPMWare account, then click the Configuration tab, and proceed to Website Configuration.

Step 4

Copy and paste the Rejoiner Tracking Snippet (below) in the Custom HTML Head Content field. Make sure you replace [YOUR SITE ID HERE] with your Rejoiner Site ID.

Step 5

Copy and paste the Rejoiner Conversion Code (below) in the Custom Order-Confirmation Tracking Code field. Make sure you replace [YOUR SITE ID HERE] with your Rejoiner Site ID.

Step 6

Click Update Website Configuration to save your changes. That’s it! You’re now ready to start tracking abandoned carts.

Note: It will take up-to 30 minutes for data to appear in your Rejoiner account.

Now that you're collecting data it's time to do something with it. Login to your Rejoiner account to setup and customize your Rejoiner Email Campaigns.

Tips for your campaign:

  1. A typical starter campaign should have 3 follow up emails:
    1. Remind (10 minutes after abandon) - Simply remind customers that they’ve left items in their cart and offer to answer any questions they have.
    2. Reassure (24 hours after abandon) - Reassure your customers that you’re there to help. Use a customer service tone and make your customers feel like you’re here to help them.
    3. Discount (3-5 days after abandon) - Offer a discount on shipping or other promotion to help entice your customers to come back and convert.
  2. Use a strong call to action to entice your customers to click through your recovery emails.
  3. Always use a customer service tone vs. a salesy tone.
  4. Rejoiner automatically populates an unsubscribe link in every recovery email.

Activate!

When you’re ready to start remarketing to abandoned carts, simply click Activate Campaign on the top of the Email Campaigns page and your recovery emails will start being delivered in real-time.
