How does the 30 day free trial work?
You will instantly be given unlimited access to your RPMWare account and website for 30 days. During your free trial we encourage you to get under the hood, kick the tires and seriously test drive RPMWare. You’re allowed and encouraged to go live on your trial and let your customers see your new website. We’re confident you’ll be impressed both with our product catalog and the simplicity of our shopping cart.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not at all. We bill monthly and you can cancel at any time, so there’s no long-term commitment.
What if I want to keep my account at the end of my free trial?
When you decide to keep your RPMWare account, just click the upgrade link from within your secure admin area. Then, select a billing option and enter your credit card details. If it doesn’t work out, you may cancel at any time since there are no contracts.
What if I don’t want my account?
You don’t need to do anything at all! Your trial will expire and your website will be deactivated automatically. You won’t owe us a thing.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All your data is stored at our secure datacenter. Sensitive information like credit cards and login credentials are encrypted at all times. All sensitive business is conducted over industry standard 128bit SSL. We’ve taken every reasonable precaution to ensure your data is safe and secure.
Do I need another web host?
Not at all. We provide everything you need to setup, manage, and grow your online business.
When do I get my site?
Your RPMWare website will be created instantly once you complete the sign up.
Does RPMWare sell parts?
No, we don’t. Our founders are industry veterans with lots of experience but our focus now is on building RPMWare to help you grow your business.
Can you help me find suppliers?
We sure can! We have relationships with hundreds of manufacturers, warehouse distributors, and shops. If you need help sourcing a product line, we’re just a call away!
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees at all. What you see is what you get. There are no per-user, per-order, or any other fees.
Will I need to establish accounts with manufacturers?
Yes, you will need to setup your own accounts, but we’re industry guys first and foremost and that allows us to put you in touch with the best suppliers in the business.
How do I get paid for items I sell? Are funds routed through distributors then to me?
All funds are paid directly to you. Once you set up your Payment Methods in your secure administration area, your funds will be directed to your bank account via the services you use for payment processing.
Can I communicate with my customer via RPMWare?
You sure can! RPMWare lets you keep your customers in the loop every step of the way.
Will RPMWare maintain a list of my customers?
Yes, RPMWare remembers all of your customers for as long as you maintain your account. You’ll be able to look up all of their information including past orders at any time from within your secure administration area.
How do I fill orders?
You’ll receive an email confirmation for every order placed on your RPMWare website. Simply login to your secure administration area to download all the details and fulfill the order according to your normal processing procedures. Along the way you can add notes to the order’s history and email tracking numbers and invoices to your customer from within RPMWare.
Can I add my own products?
If RPMWare does not support a line you sell or if you’d like to sell an in-house brand via RPMWare, you can easily add these items in the Product Catalog interface. We can also help you with this if you’ve got a large number of items to add at the same time.
Will my site be ranked high on search engines?
Although we can’t guarantee specific results for search engine rankings, we have taken painstaking efforts to ensure your RPMWare site is easily found, crawled, and ranked. You can even add your own meta information to specific pages on your site to help with SEO.
